“Our people reach out every day, in amazing ways, to make this a true home.”

Our Community

Welcome to Spring Village at Dover
Spring Village at Dover is a community specializing in care for people with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and memory loss. We offer safe, affordable care for people who wish to live independently with minimal assistance, as well as those who need a higher level of care.

Spring Village at Dover has been meticulously designed to provide personalized and quality memory care in the Seacoast region. We will be a 24-hour state-licensed community that offers 56 suites. Our nurses and caregivers are specifically trained in dementia care and keep up-to-date on best practices in memory care.

Our warm, caring and professional staff brings many years of eldercare experience and memory loss support to our residents in a homelike setting. Spring Village Dover offers four continuous levels of care in order to meet the needs of our residents, as their needs may increase over time.

Serving Nutritious Meals and Comfort Foods
Understanding the changing nutritional needs in an aging population, our Dining Services Director and staff incorporate special diet modifications into all meals. They include comfort food on the menu, which offer positive sensory reminders taste and texture. Our team also plans fun kitchen activities with residents, such as our Baking Club plus other regular opportunities to socialize around food, while feeling a sense of accomplishment.

Fun-For-All Activities
Spring Village at Dover is proud to offer failure-free and purposeful activities for our Residents based on their individual interests and abilities. These activities are designed to meet the social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual needs of each of our Residents.

Our wheelchair accessible fourteen-passenger van is available to take our Residents shopping, to medical appointments or to community events, such as Apple Harvest Day and the Cochecho Arts Festival. Families are often welcome to join us on these outings!
