Amanda G. Gallagher, RN, BSN –
Executive Director / Director of Nursing
Amanda comes to Spring Village at Dover as Executive Director with over 20 years of management experience. A Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire, she began her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. After several years working in administrative roles in pediatric and OB/GYN offices, she was hired by WoodBine Senior Living as a Nurse Manager for their 76-bed assisted living facility in Meredith, NH. Woodbine soon discovered Amanda’s strong skills in leadership, fiscal responsibility, advocating for residents and families, and oversight of day-to-day operations. She was promoted to a dual role of Executive Director/Director of Nursing, a position she successfully held for over six years.
Since last being involved with WoodBine, Amanda has continued to hone her skills in leadership and management as a Director of Clinical Admissions for Concord Regional VNA, Unit Manager for the Senior Service and Senior Psychiatric Service units at Lakes Region General Hospital, and most recently, as an Administrator in the Assisted Living Unit and Nurse Manager of a duly licensed skilled/LTC unit specializing in Memory Care for Havenwood Heritage Heights in Concord, NH.
Amanda is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Business Management, and yet still finds time to ride a Harley, boat on Lake Winnipesaukee, and spend quality time with her husband, three kids, two dogs, two cats, a bunny, and a hamster.

Maria loves people. As Spring Village at Dover’s Director of Community Relations, her 30 years of experience in property management, real estate, and the healthcare field will give Maria the opportunity to help our residents and their families successfully settle into their new home at Spring Village at Dover.
Maria was born in Puerto Rico and raised in northern New Hampshire. After earning her degree in Business Management at Plymouth State, she moved to Colorado for 10 years where she specialized in new home development.
Upon her move back to New Hampshire, Maria continued her real estate career specializing in commercial real estate, until she was offered the opportunity to manage the Registration Department of a local hospital and four of their off-site locations. She held this position for nearly seven years, and it was there she discovered her love of working in the healthcare industry. Maria serves on the Board of Directors of the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover.
Maria is the mother of three children, two of which are in the United States Army. She is bilingual in Spanish, and lives in Dover with her daughter, her partner of 12 years, and two cats. She is excited about the birth of her first grandchild in May.

They have raised two wonderful children, Gabrielle and Griffin, 20-year-old twins, now both attending college in Maine. Two cats fill her empty nest, Sushi and Pinocchio. Her parents are her heroes and role models, who instilled in her the importance of family.

Jacki has most recently used her serving heart as an Activities Director and Memory Care Director in assisted living communities.Jacki was born in California, however, she has been a New England resident for the past 32 years, most of those years spent in Vermont.
